Description

ADHD coaching is a relationship between you and your coach for an agreed-upon number of weeks. We usually start with a 12-week commitment. ADHD coaching provides clear research-based information about executive function skills deficit. You will understand how a deficit in one area can affect many aspects of your life. Together, you and your coach will co-create a step-by-step plan each week which you can use to make a change in your life and get things done.

How it works

Coaching is not therapy or counseling, it is a relationship created by both the client and the coach. In the coaching relationship, we work towards your goals and agenda. It is a respectful relationship between two equals who are working towards change in the client’s life. As a coach, I will ask you to stretch and take risks. I will help create deep awareness of your strengths and values. I will hold you accountable. I will be honest, straightforward and protect your confidentiality. I will be your champion and stick to your agenda. You will be choosing the steps you will take towards your goal. You will create the agenda for each meeting based on what you want to work on this week. You will be honest and courageous to make a change in your life.
